FAQ

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE THE SHOOT TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY

If you're interested in booking an interior photography session, it's best to reach out as early as possible. I generally recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks in advance to discuss and plan your project from start to finish.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHOOT A PROJECT?

Shooting interiors requires a lot of attention to detail and careful planning. It's a process that can take a while to make sure the lighting, composition, and decorations are right before snapping the final shots. A full-day or half-day session depending on the project is needed to capture all the angles and get the best shots possible.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE MOST OUT OF MY INVESTMENT DURING THE SESSION?

it's best to prepare your space in advance by styling, staging, and cleaning the day before. Trying to stage and style on the day of the shoot can be stressful and less productive, although some changes may be needed during the shoot.
By having everything ready beforehand, we'll have more time to focus on capturing the best images possible.

IS COST-SHARING AVAILABLE?

As part of my commitment to providing affordable and high-quality interior photography services, I offer cost-sharing options to my clients. By sharing the expenses of both the photography session and image licensing with other parties involved in your project, you can all benefit from stunning visuals without breaking the bank. This approach allows us to work together to capture the best possible images while keeping costs under control.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE IMAGES ON A LARGER SCREEN DURING THE SESSION?

Yes, it is possible for you to view the images on a larger screen during the shoot. I use tethering software that allows me to transfer the images from my camera to a tablet in real-time. This enables us to review and adjust the images as we go along, ensuring we capture the perfect shot.

WHAT IS TURNAROUND TIME TO DELIVER THE FINAL IMAGES?

The turnaround time for receiving the final images depends on the scope of the project, the number of images, and the level of editing required. Typically, I aim to deliver the final images within 2 weeks after the shoot. I strive to keep my clients informed and updated throughout the process and will work with you to meet your project deadlines.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO SHARE MY IMAGES TO THIRD PARTIES?

If third parties want to use images from your project on their social media feeds, they must purchase their own licensing. Clients can take advantage of a cost-sharing arrangement if they know in advance that a contractor, supplier, architect, or designer wants to use the images. Coordinating this before the session reduces the overall cost for all parties involved.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES YOU CREATE FOR ME?

Under UK law, photographers own the rights to the images they create. When you hire me as your photographer, you are not purchasing the images outright, but rather the rights to use them according to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. It's important to review and sign this agreement before the start of any project to avoid any confusion about image ownership and usage rights.
